Debra,

Hi, I am afraid that Sylak is suffering from the flu epidemic that has taken grip of London. So it is for this reason that things have gone quiet lately. We are glad to hear that you have a project on the go, and even more pleased that you are using our pages for reference. As you know, we have been planning to update the "How To" pages, starting with the "Facial Life Casting" page. However, since you appear to be in need I have worked with Sylak to put something up, which we hope will explain everything that we wanted to show with the aid of some drawn graphics.

Anyway, there are now three pages of new text and pictures, which should help you work through the full process. And, eventually, this too will be upgraded.

I do not know whether you have already spoken with Sylak on e-mail - he can't quite recall, as he is rather ill at the moment.  The reason I mention this is because you spoke of ordering supplies. You may have meant ordering from your own local supplier, but in case you were actually referring to ordering from ourselves, I just thought I'd mention that we are planning to open up an on line supply shop shortly.

We will be stocking almost everything you need to undertake nearly every project we promote on our pages. This will be great for people such as yourself, living in more remote areas or who do not have access to stock and materials.

As soon as we are satisfied that we have found the best price for raw materials and freighting, we will begin selling a small range of products, with a support line that Sylak will be manning for any technical difficulties. This is a large project so please be patient. In the mean time, if you have any problems sourcing materials back home, please let us know what you need, and we will work out our best price as a personal order. Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.
